„Mad Pride“ bedeutet für einige Menschen, die Systemsprache der konservativen Psychiatrie/Psychologie (für sich) zu übernehmen. Für andere bedeutet es, genau diese Sprache zu demontieren, und damit auch die Kategorien, die sich in dieser Sprache widerspiegeln und auf denen sie fußt. Wenn andere mit psychiatrischen und psychologischen Labels leben möchten, ist das deren persönliche Entscheidung. Macht-Bedrohung-Bedeutung

Ich habe das jetzt einfach mal kurz übersetzt. Leider bin ich kein Psychologe, sonst würde ich wirklich Zeit in die Übertragung ins Deutsche investieren. Leider fehlt es mir dazu an zeitlichen Ressourcen. Ich finde es überaus bedauerlich, dass so eine wichtige Entwicklung in der Psychologie – die Gesellschaft und Individuum wieder zusammenfügt, statt das Erleben und den Umgang mit gesellschaftlichen Problemen in atomisierter Form in die Individuen zu verbannen – im deutschsprachigen Raum bislang noch kaum Widerhall gefunden hat.
